All of us at Veolia Environmental Services would like to thank you for choosing our service. Veolia ES was awarded the exclusive collection contract for the residential refuse, recycling, and yard waste services.

All items for pickup need to be out by 6:00 AM

TRASH – Each resident is offered a choice, set up by the City of White Bear Lake at 651-429-8565 or at (www.whitebearlake.org). The choices include a 35, 65, or 95 gallon refuse cart, serviced weekly. This cart will have a green body with a green lid. Below you will find the price list for bulk items.

For items which may present challenge for one person to handle, we ask you to contact us in advance to ensure same day service. Please remember that no hazardous waste (such as batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, oil based paints, etc.) are thrown in the trash.

RECYCLING – Each resident is provided a Recycle Bin from the City and is a dual sort system. Pick-up will take place every week.

Recycling is very important to the City of White Bear Lake. Please consider making recycling a priority in your household.

HOLIDAY TREES – One tree per household will be picked up from January 7th – 18th, 2013. Please make sure that your trees are free of lights, decorations, and tinsel and that your tree is placed at the curb at least 5 feet away from other objects.

COMPOST – The compost collection season runs April 1 through November 30. There is also Ramsey County Drop off Sites available (www.co.ramsey.mn.us)

Residents will have three choices for compost service. Please call our office at 651-487-8546 to set up this service.

• Subscription service for $70.00/year with a 95 gallon cart for yardwaste.
• On-call service with a $2.50 per bag charge ($10.00 minimum) with no cart provided. Compostable bags only. Residents need contact our office to arrange pick-up on their trash service day. Email works nicely 2 days in advance of your collection day.
• Seasonal Yard Waste service for $30.00 annual and $5.00 cart rental.

BRUSH – All brush must be bundled in manageable three-foot lengths, and no more than 4” in diameter. Brush is collected with our compost route.

APPLIANCES and ELECTRONICS – Curbside appliance & electronic recycling is available for a $15.00 trip fee plus $15.00 per appliance (Freon and non-Freon) or electronic. Please contact our office to make advance arrangements for collection of these items.
