Veolia ES operates a clean and efficient facility where the public can economically dispose of household and construction waste, along with recycling of appliances, electronics, metal and typical residential curbside recycling items.

Public Pay Dump is conveniently located near the junction of Highways 35E and 94, at 309 Como Avenue in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Hours:
Monday through Friday: 6:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
We are closed on Sundays and Holidays.

Dropping off your items is very easy:

Information:

• Enter our yard at 309 Como Ave and proceed to the Yard Office.
• The office attendant will direct you to the scale.
• When on scale, attendant will weigh your vehicle full and then ask for you to proceed to the off-loading area.
• After unloading, return to scale to weigh your vehicle empty.
• Continue on to the yard office and pay attendant. Veolia ES accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express
